Each 1:1 session is approximately 2 hours. We begin with what you’re currently navigating and gently uncover the patterns, beliefs, emotional blocks, or nervous system responses present beneath it. Then we move into the somatic’s so your system can safely access what is ready to be processed and released.
Ways to Work With Me:
The Reset Package — $1,800 5 sessions within 6 weeks. This is the best place to start and allows you to become a pacakged member afterwards.
Single Session — $450 Available if you want to explore the work before committing to a package.
*Package members unlock ongoing single sessions at $250.
Year Lock-In — $2,400 12 sessions over one year at $200 per session. For package members only.

Is every session the same? No. Each one is guided by what you bring and what your system is ready to access.
What if I’m not local? Sessions work just as well via Zoom.
What’s your refund policy? There are no refunds.
