Day 3
Today I found myself having much more bowel movement! I made sure to drink enough water & still feel really great. Even through work I did not find myself having weak moments.
There isn’t too much to report for today as it feels the same as day two so I will leave it at this for day 3.
Day 4
I woke up very early today so that I could attend Birkham Hot Yoga.
I was a bit hesitant about going but I thought the heat would help with the detox process. IT WAS THE BEST YOGA CLASS I EVER HAD!
I did amazing and felt really great. The class was 90 minutes not once did I feel tired nor dizzy. It was an amazing class.
My skin:
My skin is breaking out a bit more
My energy:
My energy level has remained the same, there has not been a drop.
My hunger:
When I get hungry I just make sure to drink enough lemonade to fill my stomach but I think I need to up the notch on the drinking part to try to maintain my weight. I do not want it to significantly drop.
I also added some spirulina to the lemonade and I think I will continue doing that just for the nutrients for my body.
Spirulina is a super food that is a form of algae from the sea. It carries a ton of minerals for the body so I figured adding this would help maintain my nutrient levels.
This is all I feel that is worth sharing and writing about. I may start to group the days so I am not becoming repetitive in the day to day experiences while on this lemon water detox.
