Lost Sight – (a poem)

We lost sight.

Our love is like wild fire.

You run with no patience and I run with no certainty.

Patience is Love.

Somehow we got behind the steering wheel but our car had no breaks. I thought we checked the clutch but somehow we managed to overlook the gears.

It was all in a blink of an eye. To process it was like a huge wave crashing in.

So here we are lost in wonder of God in time and space.

Maybe in another parallel universe you learned how to have patience and we were able to harmonize.

Balance one another.

Maybe in another place you and I are living out the dreams we both had in this life time. Maybe in another lifetime you were my forever and I your everything.
