Facing Fears

We all face fears. Those fears lead to our challenges. The challenges are not as easy as just getting through them. It is living through them that make us lose our sanity. We tread through the mud fighting, kicking, forcing & holding on for dear life.

What is that force that keeps us fighting for life? Why do some of us give up and let the challenges drown us?

Pain is inevitable.

We all face some type of pain from some sort of trauma. Misunderstood and not valued. We start to search for meaning and values outside ourselves.

Sometimes we succeed and find a distraction that makes us believe that the challenges are gone. It eases the pain enough to just stay silent and endure the troubled times.

While we lay in bed next to the person we love we stay silent of what worries us. What troubles our soul feeling alone unable to break through & unable to communicate.

There are not many who can tread this wilderness with you. Some journeys are meant to be taken on your own. No matter how scary and how lonely. This is not for the weak. This journey I heard is only taken by 1%.

All are called, however only few answer the journey within.

Happiness comes from within.

Happiness is not constant but it is finding it in the most challenging of times that changes the game of life. Its finding it even when everything in our body is fighting it.

The reckless love of God chases you.

Even in your darkest hours you must work through the emotions. Release the fears, the thoughts, and the illusions of what is not real.
