Getting Out Of Your Past Thoughts

If there was one thing you could change about yourself what would it be?

Those bad habits? The insecure thoughts? Thoughts of fear, doubt, or worry ?

Tell me?

What would life look like, feel like, be like if those thoughts never played in your mind?

What if you turned all your thoughts into positive probability?

What would that change?

Probably your entire life.

Your thoughts produce feelings that produce emotions that produce more of those thoughts and the cycle carries on over and over.

If those thoughts are a repetitive sad movie it will take your emotions into a sad place.

In the western world today most Americans are living under chronic stress. Whether they want to believe they are or not. Traffic, work, kids, life, the pressures of expectations of where your life should be are all adding to our stress levels.

Studies show when under constant stress most individuals are vibrating a incoherent brain wave.

Ultimately this affects our choices, decisions, and causes us to be unable to think straight.

Have you ever over reacted and make a decision you later thought, wow I could of avoided that if I was a lot more calm? How many of us do something in anger and then think, “Why did I do that?”

When under stress your body is constantly under the fight or flight mode.

This means you are one foot away from getting in an argument with someone who cuts you off, with your loved ones, or with yourself.

When you are always working in that state of mind frame you find yourself to be insecure, judgmental, critical, angry, over analytical, unhappy, and the list goes on and on.

So what does this all mean?

It means that we all need to examine our lives.

What can help?

Meditation is known to reduce stress significantly. Meditation creates enhanced brain coherency and positively affect your daily life.

The challenge though is that no one wants to face their thoughts and sit with them. It is actually scary how much the mind goes on haywire.

Just like working out you must start somewhere before your life gets out of control and you become controlled by your subconscious always on autopilot. Wake up, go to work, go home, eat, sleep, & Repeat.

I have been guilty of being controlled by my mind and body when under constant stress.

I feel myself becoming a different person and in turn lashing out in old ways because my body’s response is fight or flight.

Relationships have ended because of this. I find myself unable to deal with the pressures of constant stress.

After reading, ” Becoming supernatural,” and really putting in the understandings of why and how with the knowledge of what the cure is I started implementing meditation.

I have been meditating about 4 hours for the first couple days as I was just eager to change my life.

When you first start, its challenging. As you practice to sit there and to work the brain into going within and not being distracted. It becomes easier and easier. In those hours you will find out so much of your body and mind.

Most people are not willing to find out about themselves.

Just like a car if you don’t know how your car works you wont know how to take care of it and have it last your for the long road.

Same thing, if you don’t know how your mind and body is running. You wont know if you are running on lack or a fear base program.

You have to get into your software and if their is a virus then you have to reformat the drive.

It will change your life.

It is a consistent practice that must be obtained everyday of your life.

Just like exercise its a life style.
