The Difference between Just Knowing & Actually Being

We know so much yet struggle with being alive.

I hesitate to write this as it may add more to our knowing minds remaining in our vault of information. Yet for few this will awaken something within their own being to being the process of this transmission.

From my awareness to yours let us enjoy:

There is a difference between the knowing state and being state.

Most of society seems to be tapping in a data hungry direction & experiencing emptiness as we consume so much. Much of what becomes consumed stays in a thinking loop overwhelming and over-stimulating our minds.

The mind becomes fully hijacked by the voices, opinions, and crucification of others thus entering a slave state fully removing our light power being from us. Removing us from our own power and feeding the “other” machine.

Breakdowns that can lead to a breakup.

Once the soul within can not stand the amounting pressure it feels from the bricks that keep piling up from the mind, the soul breaks and we hit our rock bottom.

From this space we hope that we can go within & seek back the connection to our soul. Tapping in, actualizing what is happening to our Self.

We know so many things than ever before.

We know about corruption, we know about spirituality and many healing modalities.

We know, know, know. I know lol. (Just needed to add some humor in here)

Information is vast & as you read this you may gain some more knowings, yet very little of us are being.

Knowledge is power if it is self- actualized within the being state, if we dismiss the actualization process, then we bypass the experience of why the knowledge was given in the first place.

Being, is a state of experiencing to that, of which you are, Vibrationally.

You exude the essence to that of which you are. It is experiencing the actualized state in every present moment. Experiencing connection to all things in all moments.

Alignment to the source of One.

It is palpable & most of the time does not use words to be explained.

Do you go up to people everyday letting them know you are alive? It is given that you are alive which is why there is no need to state the obvious.

It is the same with full awakening and being.

You do not need to state the obvious, it is known. Others may not be able to place a finger on it but it is not to your concern if others know or not.

Their is no validation needed in this state of full being as all validation comes from within. All things are drawn through the vibrational alignment, the state of being.

When we feel disconnected, we know it. We feel out of sorts & start to lean more into our minds. The dangers of the mind being the driving force is that it can change in all given moments as thoughts shift & switch with every information that is uploaded.

I myself experience this whiplash. Knowing all that I know but feeling very disconnected from being the actualized form but I remain pleasant, nice, and in line because I know the codes yet missing a link.

In this state we lean towards worshiping, idolizing, glamorizing, and obsessing over that to which we “think” gives us validation, validity, …..meaning.

The challenge with remaining in an awakened state is being zapped of the light that was brought forth.

With so many hungry for meaning & answers, they may try to feed off you. This is not intentional on a conscious level & doesn’t make someone wrong or right nor bad or good it can just have you re-enter in a sleep state at times until you can re-awaken to taking your power back. So it’s important to learn energetic boundaries so that you can ensure you are not giving from an empty well.

When we try to save someone drowning they can accidentally drown us. From their own fears of dying they splash & uncontrollably freak out pushing us further down in the water and soon we find ourselves in a state of possibly dying.

Knowing, through an experience of an awakening doesn’t make life any easier. It takes that much more intention & conscious awareness to get back into a state of being & letting go of the mind because now the “awakened” mind has grown stronger in it’s own knowings.

The battle is within the alignment of the mind, body and soul to the source of Love. Our inner worlds must align with our outer world in order to be free from the system in place.

So I leave you with this: if you yourself find the struggle between being the knowing

Try staying present & ask the deeper questions.

What/who am I being?

Am I in my heart space or my mind space?

Be able to ask the questions without judging them!

for example:

“Am I being needy?” Oh no. I am, that’s horrible, stop it….. this is drawing in the essence of shame upon self which then creates a loop of thinking & feeling un- favorably to the mind & body.

Simply recognize the nature of need and where the source comes from.

Get curious of the feeling by asking productive questions such as:

“Where does this need come from?” “Do I feel un-filled in some area of life?” “If so, Where?”

Ask the questions and when the answers are received by the inner knowing you will be able to step back & give what is needed.

For example:

I felt a need to be seen by someone. I recognized the need & went within getting curious about the feeling

” Why do I need this person to acknowledge me?”

The answer was validation.

My inner self was looking for validation, acceptance, to be seen. In that moment I was able to sit with that emotion and ask myself “Can I validate my own inner being?” , “Can I accept without judgement?” to which I simply felt, Yes.

Most of the time we bypass the deeper roots of a feeling and act on impulse.

My impulse was to grab that persons attention to feel validated however there is a deep seeding knowing that I carry that all power comes from within & the power that will fu-fill that “need” is not from someone else.

Someone else can not give you happiness or joy. It comes from within you and is experienced through expression

With this inter-standing, I was able to get to my root and recognize that my inner self needed to feel seen and that is when I dismantled the false narratives that I was being “needy” and the false idea that I would fill that need from someone else.

I allowed myself to be the source of validation thus dissolving the energy of need.

Get to know the body and mind without attachment. Learn the programs that are instilled in the mind and see how the body moves when feelings arise.

With this self realizations you can make conscious effort to align your movements and thinking to a more “favorable” feeling towards life.

Lock in a few tools that is grounded in feelings of enjoyment.

If being ritualistic about your mornings make the days feel happier then do so but do not become identified or attached to the ritual.

Let it simply be the tool that helps facilitate the expression of happy.

When we become attached we can become lost in the attachment, giving away our inner power.

For example:

I had become attached to being spiritual.

The identity formed a mask in the mind getting lost in ideology. I was no longer experiencing the expression of being spiritual and now was acting spiritual.

I started doing things from a knowing state instead of a being state, meaning that I was meditating and working out along with eating healthy because that was all attached to the identity form of spirituality which kept me on the wheel of performing.

We get lost in the performance that somewhere down the line we lose our being.

This may be common on our journey and for others it may not be. There is no judgment on the walk of how you walk.

I leave you with this not to get you lost in the mind but to take a holistic step back:

Alignment: is when the knowing becomes being (flesh) transcending all thoughts and form. This powerful experience will be in union with Love and the source that is in alignment with this experience will be felt on a level that words will not be able to describe. It is a deep seeded knowing that comes from only within & those that experience this will know the truth.

That truth will recognize truth and no words will need to be expressed or thoughts formed, both expressions will be able to just know & actual be in the present presence of Love.

If you are looking for a tool to use as you journey through use the tool called your feeling energy. Source has given us the gift of experiencing feelings. So if you are deciphering how to align, align by feeling things out and seeing how the body waivers. If it is of alignment you will feel all stress cortisol dissolve. If it is out of alignment your stress cortisol will rise and that is when the work begins to understand this lesson.
