this mantra I share will help you let go with ease.
Letting go is a practice and something we want to be able to do with ease. Letting go is crucial, especially letting go of thoughts that are not serving our well- being.
I am excited to share more of the tools that are serving me in my life. My intentions are to bring balance into our lives so that we can experience a happier, healthier and more peaceful world.
Letting go is never easy but this mantra I share with you will allow you to let go of the little things a bit easier so that you are not staying stuck or overwhelmed in your day to day.
We must become masters of our minds and train our minds like we would train any animal. It is learning the steps on how to train the mind so that challenging situations do not linger. The inability to let go of the thoughts that bring us distress is what causes the stress to build up and soon we find the tension showing up in our bodies restricting us in our movements.
Stress can show up in subtle ways at first but can lead to some serious health issues down the line if we don’t get our stress-levels in check. I’m talking about major dis-eases.
So I leave you with this practice to start now after you have read this post. We will start small but I have to say that this mantra will help you in any situations big or small!
Practice :
- Get in a comfortable position where you are free from distractions.
- Take a few deep breaths in and out.
- Follow the breath filling the stomach first and then your lungs.
- Try to fill up as much as you can noticing the areas that feel restricted.
- Once you’ve noticed the areas that feel tense you can then release the breath.
- Release the breath slowly with a 4 second count.
- Then take another deep breath, this time expanding the restricted areas a bit more.
- Release again & repeat this a minimum of 3 times but a maximum of as many as you would like.
- After you have taken your deep breaths in and out return to your normal breathing rhythm.
- Witness the room you are in and get centered brining all your awareness to the hear and now moment.
- Center yourself for a few moments relaxing each muscle in your body in each moment.
- Ease into the space relaxing more and more.
- After you get to a relaxed space repeat these words:
“I release all doubts, I let go of all worry, I surrender here and now“
- Repeat this phrase over and over. Feel free to rephrase the mantra to what fits best with your soul. For example you can change it up to ” I let go of need, I let go of want surrendering to this moment” or anything that really resonates to your soul but the mantra should stay within the frames of the pattern above.
- As you mantra bring up the situations that bring you distress & focus on releasing the situation using the mantra that is letting go of worry, doubt, or control you have.
- Do this with everything that brings you worry. What you are doing as you do this is surrendering your thought cycle and thought loop. You are releasing the thoughts which is releasing the energy of this situation.
Being able to do this mantra + meditation in any situation will help the process of letting go!
Another mantra to help in any situation when we are being let go by someone, let go by a job, or maybe didn’t get what we were hoping for is.
“If it’s best for you then it’s best for me even if I may not see in this moment”
Using the same steps above you can use this mantra to help release situations that didn’t seem to have worked out. Being able to be happy for situation as it is showing up, even if it means you are no longer in the picture for it brings about miracles.This mantra shared above allows you to be at peace with the separation and brings about a situation that was going to be in your favor.
