How often we forget…..

Who am I – the mind will inquire and on a journey you go.

Am I this, that, him her? Am I my labels? Am I my bank account? My material ? Am I my wealth or am I my lack?

Who am I ? the mind inquires.

How can I find who I am? Where should I look & seek?

Am I this notoriety? Am I this achievement? Am I this group of friends? Am I this God?

Am I this pain? Am I this name? Am I this feeling? Am I this judgement?

Who am I? the mind inquires

The mind will inquire until you find. You will go on this journey of narratives for a while because the mind is simply thought and you are not your thoughts.

Who are you?

What do you seek most? Everyone seeking is looking for this one thing. This one thing is a feeling that you get to experience, that you get glimpses of. This one thing feels so good & feels so you but the mind distorts this one thing and attaches it to to the narratives of who it thinks it is.

You are not your thoughts, so who are you?

What. do you seek? What anyone is seeking & continues to seek. So they go high and low, they go all around. This one thing is dressed up – up and down.

Where am I? Am I lost? One goes on a journey narrative to narrative.

Who am I?

You are not your thoughts, your beliefs, or your narratives. You are not your mind, you are beyond the thinking & beyond the seeking.

Wake up …. wake up.. .. who you are has always been & is all that will remain.
