Embody yourself
I just got off the phone with my amazing, empowering friend Kylee, and so much came up for me that I want to share with you.
Somewhere along the way, I let my sense of value and worth slip. And the thing is—we don’t always notice when it happens.
It’s subtle. Little by little, our worth erodes through the choices we make—or don’t make.
For me, this has shown up most in the way I’ve approached men I’m interested in.
Before anything even has a chance to unfold, I’ve already decided they won’t like me. And just like that, the mind games begin—the endless overanalyzing, dissecting every detail, searching for signs that confirm my own self-doubt while secretly hoping that I was wrong.
I didn’t realize how much power I was handing over by doing this. The more I overthought, the more insecurity took root, and before I knew it, I was sabotaging any possibility before it even had a chance.
Mixed signals. Red flag.
Then, like a brick wall, it hit me—clear as day.
It’s time to step up. To walk my talk.
My value isn’t something I have to earn. It’s something I decide. It exists in the thoughts I choose, the words I speak, and the energy I hold.
If I want something real, I have to be real. If I want love that’s steady and true, I have to embody that steadiness myself.
No more shrinking. No more questioning.
I set the standard. I hold the frequency.
And that changes everything.
But this isn’t just about me—it’s about you too.
We create the life we experience. Insecurity isn’t just a feeling; it’s a repellent. Anywhere you hold insecurity in your life, look at it. Examine it. Ask yourself—is this true, or am I just scared?
Start envisioning yourself empowered. See yourself moving through those fears, standing stronger, walking taller. Look at the places where fear has held you back—not to shame yourself, but to understand. Because once you understand, you can transcend it.
You don’t have to stay stuck in the same patterns. You don’t have to let doubt run the show.
It’s time to move forward. To rise. To step into the version of you that isn’t controlled by fear, but fueled by truth.
Let’s go.
And now, I want to hear from you. How are you going to walk and move forward in the next two weeks? If you were to check back in with me, what updates would you bring about your new way of life? What shifts are you making?
Keep the conversation going—because this isn’t just about thinking differently. It’s about living differently.
