I’m Heidi- a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and mentor/coach based in Los Angeles. I’ve spent the last decade devoted to inner work, healing, and personal transformation, and breathwork became a profound part of that journey.
Breathwork became a kind of key for me. It gave me access to a deeper sense of safety in my body, more honesty with myself, and a way back to what felt true beneath old patterns of fear, striving, and self-abandonment
I now support women through that same return with grounded, trauma-informed breathwork, honest reflection, and deep respect for the pace and wisdom of the nervous system.

FAQ
Is this just dating coaching?
No. Relationships are one of the clearest mirrors, but this work is about your nervous system and your relationship with yourself at the core. It will touch dating, but also how you show up at work, with friends, with family, and within your own life.
Do I have to be in a relationship or situationship to start?
No. Many clients come to me single but still carrying the same patterns in their bodies, memories, and choices. We work with what is present, not just what is current.
What if I’ve already done therapy or a lot of inner work?
Perfect. This work pairs beautifully with insight-based work because we’re working at the level of the body and nervous system, where many patterns are still running even when you logically understand them.
Can we work together if I’m not in Los Angeles?
Yes. Sessions are available via Zoom and are just as potent online.
Is this trauma-informed?
Yes. I am certified in trauma-informed breathwork through Owaken, and my work centers safety, consent, and choice. Nothing is forced. Your system sets the pace.
What is your refund policy?
