What happens after? The Full reset is designed to start healing unconscious wounds. From this, you not only start to feel differently, but you start to see differently. From that space of transformation you can start planting new seeds in your garden. Think of it this way, you’ve had this garden but it’s been neglected. Not only that, you don’t have access to get in. Think of me as the lock smith in this case, I get you access back into your garden. Once you’ve gained access we start cleaning up the overgrowth and planting new seeds to grow a beautiful garden you wish to see.
After the Full Reset, clients that wish to have ongoing mentorship by me will have that opportunity to do so. Further details we be shared after the Full Reset is complete. Clients can then select what feels most aligned to them.
FAQ
Is this just dating coaching?
No. Relationships are one of the clearest mirrors, but this work is about your nervous system and your relationship with yourself at the core. It will touch dating, but also how you show up at work, with friends, with family, and within your own life.
Do I have to be in a relationship or situationship to start?
No. Many clients come to me single but still carrying the same patterns in their bodies, memories, and choices.
What if I’ve already done therapy or a lot of inner work?
Perfect. This work pairs beautifully with insight-based work because we’re working at the level of the body and nervous system, where many patterns are still running even when you logically understand them.
Can we work together if I’m not in Los Angeles?
Yes. Sessions are available via Zoom and are just as potent online.
Is this trauma-informed?
Yes. I am certified in trauma-informed breathwork through Owaken, and my work centers safety, consent, and choice. Nothing is forced. Your system sets the pace.
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds.
